We're delighted you're considering our products. Rest assured, all our products come with a robust
Twelve (12) month Warranty. This warranty extends to all products.
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the items for quality. Should you notice any concerns, please reach out to us
within 30 days of delivery.
What's Covered:
Our Warranty encompasses defects in material or workmanship.
How to Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our Customer Experience Team promptly at
hello@phonecasefor.com. Include your order number along with two photos illustrating the defect. We'll swiftly replace the faulty item with a brand new one of the same model, at no extra cost to you.
Please remember that we can only accept returns after prior communication with our Customer Experience Team.
What's Not Covered:It's important to note that our warranty doesn't cover issues arising from:
- Accidental drops
- Incorrect installation (such as screen protector application)
- Regular wear and tear
- Purposeful alterations
- Products not manufactured by us
- Items purchased from unauthorized vendors
- Misuse or improper handling
- Theft or loss of the product
